Safety Precautions

Dear valued customer, for the safety of you and your family and to prevent accidents, please be sure to read and comply with the following safety precautions and relevant laws and regulations:

Riding Safety

1. You have the obligation to know the laws of your region and comply with applicable laws.
2. For your safety, do not modify the vehicle without authorization. If replacement parts are needed, please contact after-sales service.
3. Do not lend the vehicle to unskilled operators to avoid injuries.
4. Do not charge or park the vehicle in residential buildings, and keep it away from flammable materials when charging.
5. Do not ride in severe weather or when extremely fatigued. Drive slowly and carefully in complex road conditions. In rain or snow, the vehicle's tire resistance decreases and braking distance increases, making it harder to control and more prone to losing control. To ensure riding safety, please drive with extra caution. Try to avoid traveling during heavy rain or other severe weather.
6. Ensure the rider wears a motorcycle helmet and other protective gear.
7. Stay alert while riding and maintain a safe distance from other vehicles. Slow down when riding in unfamiliar environments.
8. To avoid distraction, do not use mobile phones, cameras, headphones, etc. while riding.
9. Strictly obey traffic laws and regulations when riding. Slow down at intersections, motor lanes, turns, and entrances, and yield to pedestrians, bicycles and motor vehicles.
10. It is prohibited to tow, hold onto other vehicles or be towed; to ride with no hands on the handlebars or while holding objects; or to ride side by side while holding onto others or chasing each other.
11. If any abnormality occurs while riding, stop immediately and troubleshoot the problem. Contact after-sales service promptly if assistance is needed.
12. When parking, park the vehicle on level ground and turn off the power to avoid rolling or tipping over and causing harm to yourself and others.
